The armstall is a trick where the diabolo is in the open string position outside of your arms with the string resting on one of your arms.
It may not be the most impressive trick with one diabolo, but it leads to pretty cool tricks down the line

| 1 | Do an external wrap. | Do an internal wrap. |
| 2 | Do a clockwise sun motion over the right arm. The diabolo is now in an armstall. | Do an anti-clockwise sun motion over the left arm. The diabolo is now in an armstall. |
| 3 | Exit the armstall with an anti-clockwise sun. | Exit the armstall with a clockwise sun. |
