The rewrap mini-genocide is a great trick to include in a mini-genocide combo. Like any mini-genocide, this trick accelerates your diabolo when your pull the string up with your right hand, so you can theoretically do this trick forever.
As always the tutorial is described for righties so if you are left handed switch right and left in the step by step explanation.
Prerequisites
#163 (1) Continuous right mini-genocide
Step By Step Explanation
1. Start in the open string position.
2. Do a darkside catch on the left.
3. When you’re in the darkside position, do an external wrap using your left hand.
4. Throw your right stick anti-clockwise (ie to your left).
5. After releasing the right stick, grab the string between your left stick and the diabolo with your right hand.
6. When the right stick has travelled half a circle (ie it’s at the bottom and pointing up), lift the string with your right hand to perform the mini-genocide.
7. When your diabolo is free from the string and up in the air, instead of catching it like you would in a right mini-genocide (ending up in the wrap position), repeat steps 2 to 7 for as long as you want and then exit by catching the diabolo the right mini-genocide way.
